How do I become the complete Photographer?

I have tried my hand at Product, Fashion, Portrait and of course Fine Art Photography but I want more! Sports , Events, Landscape, Documentary, Wildlife and Travel photography are all avenues that I want to explore further. I want to be the ‘Complete’ photographer.
I have been reading a little on techniques in which to help achieve a good standard in these various types. SO, to ensure I get a good try at all of these styles I am going to set my self weekly assignments. This week I’ll look at portrait photography, self portraiture as that is one that I don’t really do.
